Lewis Shupe

Lewis Shupe returned peacefully to his Heavenly Father on Saturday May 23, 2026.

Lewis was born December 13, 1932 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Lewis Shupe grew up in a traditional Episcopalian household. He spent the summers of his childhood in Ocean City selling telegrams.

Lewis went to Lehigh University where he graduated in 1955. After graduating he joined the Army reserves as a second Lieutenant. He served from 1955 to 1964. After being honorably discharged, he joined the universal packaging company in Concord, New Hampshire, retiring in 1996 as the vice president of sales.

Lewis was surrounded by his loving wife Caryl Shupe, granddaughter Brooke and great grandson Noah Lewis Arnold in his final days. He will always be remembered for his humorous and giving personality. Lewis remains in our hearts and memories forever. 

He is survived by his wife Caryl Shupe, his children/step children and grandchildren, Christopher G.F Shupe, Brooke Silverstein, Ashlee Silverstein, Blake Silverstein, Carlee Kuhn, Sloan Shupe, Noah Lewis Arnold, and Lewis Shupe the 4th(Chip).

His funeral service and internment will be private at his families convenience.
