Born in Ridley Park, Gini grew up in Upper Darby, PA and raised her family in Feasterville, PA. She later lived in Bedford, NH; Abington, PA and has lived in Ocean City, NJ for the past 25 years. Gini was a graduate of Upper Darby HS and proudly received her BS, in Business Management from Rider University after 13 years of night school while working full-time and raising kids as a single mom. Gini worked at PNB/CoreStates and retired after more than 20 years as a Vice President in the Financial Services Group. She was proudest of the many young professionals she mentored. After retirement, she enjoyed many part-time positions ranging from tax account services to selling fudge on the OCNJ boardwalk. One of her favorite jobs was working as a teacher’s aide for special needs students in NH. Throughout her life, she volunteered as a youth leader, worked with prisoners at Bucks County Correctional Facility, and served as an officer and member in the Colony Club community service organization of Ocean City NJ for over 20 years. She was also dedicated to fundraising for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for the past 19 years. Interests throughout her life included skiing, traveling, antiquing, scrapbooking, crafting, playing computer games and online shopping. She was affectionately known as Gaga and her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and the many friends and family that visited her down the shore.

She is survived by her children Suzanne Gallihue (Mark) and Robert S. Trotman; her sister, Debbie Barrett, brothers David Riegel (Betty) and H.Taylor (Skip) Riegel, Jr. (Laura); her 100-year-old mother Florence Chase Riegel; her beloved grandchildren Taylor Ruth and Liam Robert Gallihue and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends that are like family.
