Renee Parker Monihan, 3 1/2

OCEAN CITY – Renee Parker Monihan, 3 ½, of Ocean City, who was our angel on earth became our angel in heaven and in our hearts on November 13, 2021.

Renee was born on May 1, 2018. She loved playing with her sister Maren, her cousins, and neighbors on her street, riding her bike, and swimming. Wonderful days were spent with her family on the Seaspray Road beach, at the North Street playground, and in their boat. Summer was her happiest time of the year.

Renee was the darling and much beloved daughter of Andrea and Christopher Monihan, the sister of Maren Joy Monihan, the granddaughter of Holly and Michael Monihan and Josette and Mark Patterson, and the great-granddaughter of Karin Wren. She was the niece of Lindsay and Jeffrey Stein and Ryan Patterson, and the cousin of Charles, William, and Catherine Stein.

Friends may call on Friday, November 19 from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Margate Community Church, Margate, NJ. A Celebration of Renee’s Life at the Beach will be held on Saturday, November 20 at 11:00 am on the Seaspray Road Beach, Ocean City, NJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Shore Medical Center/Renee Parker Monihan Memorial Fund, 100 Medical Center Way, Somers Point, NJ 08244. Arrangements have been made through the Godfrey Funeral Home.
