Application before the Upper Township Planning Board

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, August 6, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., a hearing will be held at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, NJ, before the Upper Township Planning Board, in the matter of the application by Ava Fox and Mina Marie Bixby regarding the property located at 327 MARSHALLVILLE ROAD, MARSHALLVILLE, UPPER TOWNSHIP, BLOCK 12, LOT 29.  The property is located in the Tuckahoe River (TR) zone. The Applicants seek to construct a single-family residence on a pre-existing, non-conforming lot.  The Applicants seek variances for lot area, frontage, width, side yard setbacks, building coverage and impervious coverage.  The Applicants also seek any other variances or waivers to permit the project.  When the matter is called, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any support or objection which you may have to the granting of the relief or approval sought in the petition. Maps and other documents relating to this matter will be available at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date for inspection during normal working hours in the office of the Board Secretary, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, NJ 08270.
