Application before the Planning Board 

For the City of Ocean City, County of Cape May 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on July 8, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in City Hall, 3rd Floor Council Chambers, located at 861 Asbury Avenue, Ocean City, NJ, 08226, before the City of Ocean City Planning Board in the matter of the application by 3315 Bay Ave LP regarding the property located at 3313-15 Bay Avenue, Ocean City, NJ, also known as Block: 3306 Lot: 1 on the City of Ocean City, NJ, Tax Map.  The Applicant seeks preliminary and final major site plan approval to construct a new development consisting of 43 residential units on the property.  The property is in the 34th Gateway Zone.  The Application is pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan for the Seaspray Rehabilitation Area, City of Ocean City, Cape May County, New Jersey, November 2025 as adopted by Ordinance No. 25-15. The Applicant also seeks any other variances, design deviations, or waivers necessary to allow the project.  When the matter is called, you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any support or objection which you may have to the granting of the relief or approval sought in the application. Maps and other documents relating to this application will be available at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date for inspection during normal working hours in the office of the Board Secretary, 115 12th Street, Henry Knight Building, Ocean City, New Jersey 08226.
