Please take notice that on October 14, 2026, the Ocean City Planning Board adopted a resolution approving the site plan and variance application filed by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., the owner of the property located at 201 E. 9th Street and known as Bock 808, Lot 1 on the City of Ocean City Tax Assessment Map, to make improvements to the property. A copy of the resolution and application documents are available for inspection at the Office of the Land Use Administrator, in the Henry Knight Building, 115 E. 12th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey, during normal business hours.
