Ocean City Spring Block Party

OCEAN CITY – The cold temperatures Saturday didn’t deter thousands of people from flocking to Asbury Avenue for the annual Spring Block Party.

Hundreds of vendors selling food and crafts were hawking their wares and community groups were raising funds and giving out information.

Nicholas Neville and Brianna Mack of Agape Gourmet showed off a few of the treats for sale in front of their Asbury Avenue shop. Peter and Jyll Parravicini of Montgomery County, Pa., posed with Transformer Bumblebee – part of Jaxon’s Carnival of Characters – which brought a donation to Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). And selling T-shirts and representing the Humane Society of Ocean City were Phil Bellucci, Laurie Mellon and Tricia Ciliberto.

Ocean City also has an annual Fall Block Party.
