NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF APPLICATION

TO THE CITY OF SOMERS POINT PLANNING BOARD 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

That the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning Board in the City of Somers Point, New Jersey for preliminary and final site plan approval to allow the renovation and reconstruction of the existing building on the Property to allow the Applicant to rent the individual commercial units in the building. The Applicant is also applying for any and all variances, waivers or interpretations the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion.  The subject Property is located at 602-606 New Road, designated as Lot 7, Block 1122 on the City of Somers Point Tax Map.

A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building, 1 West New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought.

The following described maps and papers are on file in the Zoning and Planning office of the City of Somers Point, 1 West New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey 08244 and are available for inspection during normal business hours:

Minor Site Plan and Reconstruction Plans along with a copy of the application with supporting documents.
