NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF APPLICATION

TO THE CITY OF SOMERS POINT ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

That the undersigned has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the City of Somers Point, New Jersey for variance relief from the requirements of the Somers Point Zoning Ordinance for front yard setback and building coverage variance relief together with any other variance, waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicants to enclose an existing open deck into a three (3) season room on the Property. The subject Property is located at 23 Village Drive South, designated as Lot 2, Block 1925 on the City of Somers Point Tax Map.

A public hearing is scheduled for Monday, May 11, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Municipal Services Building, 1 West New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought.

The following described maps and papers are on file in the Zoning and Planning office of the City of Somers Point, 1 West New Jersey Avenue, Somers Point, New Jersey 08244 and are available for inspection during normal business hours:
