TO THE OCEAN CITY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the City of Ocean City, New Jersey for height variance relief from the requirements of the Ocean City Zoning Ordinance together with any other variance, waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicant to construct a new single-family dwelling on the Property. The subject Property is located at 413 30th Street, designated as Lot 28, Block 2902 on the Ocean City Tax Map.
A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers located in the City Hall Building, 861 Asbury Avenue, Third Floor, Ocean City, New Jersey and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. The meeting will be open to the public and there will be no opportunity to participate remotely.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the Planning office of the City of Ocean City, Henry Knight Building, 115 12th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey and may be viewed during normal business hours.
