NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF APPLICATION

TO THE OCEAN CITY PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

That the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning Board for the City of Ocean City, New Jersey for minor subdivision approval and variance relief from the requirements of the Ocean City Zoning Ordinance for minimum lot area, minimum lot width and minimum lot frontage for proposed Lot 13.01 only, together with any other variance, waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicant to subdivide the existing Property into two (2) newly created lots and construct a single family dwelling on each newly created lot. The subject Property is located at 215 East 17th Street, designated as Lot 13, Block 1605 on the Ocean City Tax Map.

A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 861 Asbury Avenue, Third Floor Ocean City, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. The meeting will be open to the public and there will be no opportunity to participate remotely.

The following described maps and papers are on file in the Planning office of the City of Ocean City, Henry Knight Building, 115 12th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey and are available for inspection by the public during normal business hours free of charge. 

Plan of Subdivision, Variance Plan and a copy of the application with supporting documents.
