Long-time Ocean City, NJ resident Naomi Irene Wright, nee Cummings, age 102, died on January 7, 2021.
She was born in Philadelphia, and resided in Landsdowne, Drexel Hill and Cochranville, Pennsylvania. She and her husband resided in Ocean City for 45 years before she moved to Lake Ridge, Virginia in 2010.
Naomi was married for 65 years to Fred W. Wright until his death in 2005. They are survived by Fred G. Wright (wife Pamela Whittaker) and Susan L. Matthiessen (husband Craig), 6 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by a sister Ruth and a brother Lawrence.
A Memorial Service is being planned at Westminster retirement facility at Lake Ridge, Virginia. Interment private.
