John Allen ‘Jack’ Golday, 83

John Allen “Jack” Golday, aged 83, passed away peacefully at his residence in Cuba, NY, on June 16, 2024. 

Born on March 8, 1941, in Rahway, NJ, he was the eldest son of John and Leona Golday. The family later settled in Dunellen, NJ.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, John and Leona Golday, his brother Donald, and his second wife, Flo. 

He is survived by his brother Gregory of Michigan and his sister Leona Cody of Texas; his three children: John “Jacky” A. Golday, Jr. of Somers Point, NJ, David Golday of Miami, FL, and Jill Golday DuBois of Jupiter, FL. Additionally, he leaves behind four grandchildren, a great-granddaughter, ten nieces and nephews as well as his first wife, Trudy, of Cocoa Beach, FL.

A private memorial service will be held later this summer to honor Jack’s life.
