Location, views top list of highlights for condo in serene Merion Park

OCEAN CITY — The second-floor condominium at 302 Roosevelt Blvd. is ideally located for a quiet shore getaway close to the island’s south-end beaches.

The Merion Park neighborhood is nestled up against wetlands teeming with life, and just across the street from Pecks Bay. The area is a destination rather than a thoroughfare, so the only cars around are those of neighbors waving as they slowly roll past. That makes it perfect for walking the dog or riding bikes, and the kids can safely play without fear.

For those looking for some excitement, the city’s world-famous Boardwalk, award-winning downtown and action-packed watersports district are just a few miles away, and so are the crowds. Of course, the beach is much closer, as is the 34th Street business district, offering everything from a supermarket and convenience store to ice cream shops and sit-down restaurants.

In the back right is the master bedroom. It has a king-size bed beneath a cathedral ceiling that slopes down on two sides. A glass door opens onto the rear deck. His and hers closets are located in a short hallway to the master bathroom, which has a tile floor, stone-top vanity beneath a hanging mirror and a fiberglass shower with a sliding glass door.
