PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on September 9th, 2026 at 7:00 pm, a hearing will be held at the City of Sea Isle City Municipal Building, located at 233 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Sea Isle City, NJ, before the Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment in the matter of the application by Inland Harbor Condo Assn c/o Michael Dolio, regarding the property located at 382 43rd Place, Sea Isle City NJ, Block(s) 42.06, Lot(s) 35 and 36. The Applicant(s)/Owner(s) seek variance relief and site plan approval to do the following: provide HVAC platforms, an elevator to increase accessibility and ADA compliance, improvements to the rear yard deck, and all other improvements provided in the plans on file.
In order to do this, Applicant is seeking the following relief and/or approvals: Variance relief from City Code 26-54.1- requiring commercial use on first floor and “D” use variance relief to continue residential only use of the property. Applicant also seeks any and all other variances, waivers and other relief deemed necessary by the Sea Isle City Zoning Board of Adjustment and/or the Sea Isle City Planning Board to permit the project.
Maps and documents relating to this matter will be available for public inspection ten (10) days prior to the hearing date, during normal business hours, through the Clerk of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, within the Construction Office of Sea Isle City’s Municipal Services -2nd Floor, 233 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Sea Isle City, NJ.
If you wish to make a statement or offer evidence concerning this application, you must appear in person at the hearing or through an attorney or agent. The Zoning Board cannot accept petitions or letters, and must rely on live testimony.
