NOTICE OF ACTION TAKEN that in an open public meeting on June 1, 2026 the City of Sea Isle Zoning Board approved an application submitted by the applicant, T.L. Sea Associates, related to the property located at 3802 Landis Avenue, Sea Isle (Block 38.03, Lots 23.02 & 24.02). The Board granted preliminary and final site plan approval, together with associated bulk variances and any applicable design waivers for the development of four (4) residential units above commercial space. The Board subsequently memorialized its approval in Resolution #2026-06-01 during its July 6, 2026 open public meeting.
