PLEASE TAKE NOTICE The County of Cape May, in compliance with New Jersey Senate Bill 4654 enacted on June 30, 2025 by Gov. Phil Murphy, will publish all its public and legal notices on this official website of the County of Cape May at: https://capemaycountynj.gov legal notices  beginning on March 1, 2026. These notices also will be provided to the New Jersey Department of State for publication on its website at https://www.nj.gov/state/statewide-legal-notices-list.shthl  

The public and legal notices posted to this website will be publicly accessible, at no cost to the public, for at least one week and longer if stipulated by law or court order. The notices then will be archived by the County of Cape May and available for a minimum of one year.
