  1. Condolences for your family on the loss of Trudy. I am living in the Ocean Court apartment that she previous lived in. I have read the minutes from the years she was here. People appreciated her organizing social gatherings and her connections with folk in this community. She sounds like a special person with a heart for bringing people together for fun and supportive care.
I was looking up her name because she had an extra storage unit built during her time here that was “deeded” to our apartment A40. I understand from Beverly Mossop (who bought from Trudy) that this construction was approved by the Board at the time, with the cost being carried by Trudy. The current Board is questioning extra storage space for residents who have it. Some others have simply adopted space that was not being used. I am investigating the detailed circumstances around Trudy’s storage construction/approval so that we can continue to claim its use.
Please forgive my intrusion into your time of grief. If you have information/documents to share, I’d be most appreciative. If not, I understand.
    Sincerely Yours, Beth Mallozzi
