Richard Kenneth Southard peacefully departed this earth on December 10th.
He is survived by his loving family, including his mother, Allison Southard (nee Eiselen), and his father, Mike Southard.
His Funeral Service will be held on Friday, December 16th at St. Peter’s United Methodist Church at 501 E. 8th St., Ocean City, NJ, 08226. Calling time 10:30am-Noon and Service at Noon. Private burial to follow.
