OCEAN CITY – Charis Holmes, accompanied by her brother, Air Force serviceman Matthew Holmes, was elected 2021 Ocean City High School homecoming queen Friday evening at halftime of the Red Raiders’ football game against Seneca.
Runners up were Riley Madden and Mallory Gould.
Other members of the homecoming court were Emma Kelly, Nora Bridgeford, Meghan Crement, Gabrielle Gibbs and Kierstyn Kuehnle.
