Marlene Amelia White

Marlene Amelia White (nee. Trotz) died on May 28, 2021 at the age of 85.

Beloved wife and life part- ner of William H. White for 56 years. She was born in Dickson City, PA and most- ly recently resided in Ken- nett Square, PA and Ocean City, NJ. Marlene and Bill rented real estate in Ocean City for decades and main- tained a residence there upon retirement. Marlene embraced life and cher- ished her relationships with friends and family. She had a treasured com- munity of friends at the shore and created memo- rable beach experiences for multiple generations of her extended family.

Relatives and friends are invited to the viewing beginning at 10:00 AM fol- lowed by a funeral service at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at Temple Lu- theran Church, 501 Brook- line Boulevard, Haver- town, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her honor may be made to Immanuel Lutheran Church, 238 Re- ese Street, Scranton, PA 18508.
