FROST HIGHLIGHTS BEACH, BOARDWALK

Monday morning’s below-freezing temperatures left a coating of frost at the shore, from the benches on the Ocean City Boardwalk to the sand on the beach and the boards themselves. Dipping below 32 degrees did not stop early-morning walkers and runners from enjoying the beach and boardwalk.
