OCEAN CITY — Character abounds in the charming two-floor condominium at 104 Atlantic Ave., Unit B in the Northend of America’s Greatest Family Resort.

Ocean City is one of the most popular shore resorts on the East Coast, featuring a 2.5-mile-long oceanfront boardwalk filled with hundreds of shopping, dining and entertainment venues, as well as miles and miles of pristine beaches. There also is an award-winning downtown business district centered on Asbury Avenue and a watersports district around Third Street on Bay Avenue.
The Northend contains many of the island’s historic homes. It’s heavily residential but there are many mom-and-pop shops and corner cafes that are traditional stops for families for generations.
Extending from North Street to Sixth Street, the Northend is an eclectic blend of single-family, duplex and triplex properties. The boardwalk begins its 2½-mile span here.
The 14-story Gardens Plaza, the tallest structure on the island, sits on the Boardwalk in the very center of the Northend. French doors at the other end of the room open into a spacious dining area with another five-window alcove to the left.
A hall to the right offers access to a full bathroom and two bedrooms, while the kitchen is straight through in the back.
The bathroom has a tile floor, vanity and tub.shower with tiled walls and an arched ceiling.
Featuring a tile floor, abundant white wood cabinets and new stainless-steel appliances, the kitchen also has a breakfast nook in the back corner with benches, a table and even a window to make it light and bright. Next door is a pantry with built-in cabinets.
A hall just around the corner provides access to the laundry room and deck, as well as two more bedrooms and the third floor.
One of the bedrooms has an ensuite bath with a tile floor, vanity and shower.
The top floor is an incredible space that is currently being used as a deluxe primary bedroom with a full updated kitchenette, living room and dining area, full bathroom and bedroom with direct access outside.

French doors open onto the bedroom, which where the ceiling slopes down to each side. The room has wall-to-wall carpeting and a walk-in closet.
The spacious back deck has a 10×10 tent with sides, providing shade and a bug-free environment. There also is room for sunbathing.
The home has newer central air conditioning and two ductless systems on the third floor.
Out back are a shared storage shed and enclosed outside shower, but the space is mostly taken up by the staircase leading up to the rear deck.
