Carolyn A. Kasper

On October 10th, 2025, Carolyn A. Kasper (nee Bishton) of Boca Raton, Fl, formerly of Bridgeton NJ died peacefully at her daughter’s home in Tuckahoe, NJ.  

She is survived by her loving husband, Dr. Mitchell Kasper; brothers Keith and John Bishton; and her children,  Dr. Michael Kasper wife Caroline West Kasper, Susan Demore, Kimberly Wilson and Dr. Laura Kasper;    and grandchildren Nicholas, Alexandra, Elizabeth, Marcus, Lucas, Brooke, Sean, Henry, Juliana,  Eva;   and great granddaughter Cecilia.

She also is survived by Chihuahuas Pippa and Louie.

Carolyn graduated from Stockton and Rutgers University receiving BS and MSW degrees.  She received an LCSW and worked in Fairfield and Upper Deerfield School systems from which she retired.  She then continued working in Woodbine and Marmora, offering private practice therapy.  Upon retiring she and her husband moved to Boca Raton FL.

Carolyn was an ardent Catholic and a member of numerous prayer groups and volunteer service organizations in NJ and FL such as Women of Grace and the St. Vincent DePaul Society.  When in NJ she especially enjoyed conducting Holy Communion Services at the Developmental Center in Woodbine and being a member of the Bridgeton Research Club.

A  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 25, 2025 in St. Maximilian Kolbe parish church 200 Tuckahoe Rd. Marmora, NJ at 10:30 a.m.  A church viewing will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.  Following the Mass, the burial will be at Seaside cemetery columbarium in Marmora, NJ.
