Massive Trump rally in Wildwood

Fans and supporters came to hear former President Donald J. Trump at a beach rally in Wildwood Saturday evening that also featured U.S. Rep. Jeff Van Drew, the congressman for this southern New Jersey district. The crowd was between 80,000 and 100,000 according to Lisa Fagan, spokesperson for the city of Wildwood, who gave those estimated numbers to The Associated Press. She said those observations were based on having seen “dozens” of other events in the same space. Wildwood is usuaslly quiet this time of year preparing for the busy summer season, but the rally made an off-season weekend busy.
