Virginia Susan Feldi Pfeiffer, 87

Virginia Susan Feldi Pfeiffer, 87, passed away on September 23, 2022, in the company of her children.  She was the widow of William F. Pfeiffer, Sr., with whom she shared 46 years of marriage.

Born in Lansdale, PA, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Pearl Feldi, Sr.  Virginia graduated Lansdale High School (1953), where she was a cheerleader who was voted Most School Spirit.  She raised her children in Ocean City, NJ, where she was active in her children’s activities and the PTA.  Virginia was employed at Sands Hotel Casino in Atlantic City where she worked as a security guard for over 20 years.  She enjoyed her time living at Ashbridge Manor for the last 10 years where she made many friends.

Virginia was an amazing cook who always made room at her table and you never left hungry.  She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She will be remembered for her contagious smile, fun-loving, generous spirit.

Virginia is survived by her children, William F., Jr (Katherine Kushner) of San Diego, CA, Robert C. (Annmarie Wojcik) of Granby CO and Christine S. Taylor (Scott Taylor) of Downingtown; grandchildren, Nicholas, Marisa & Michael Pfeiffer of San Diego, CA, Margaret Pfeiffer of Granby, CO, and Alexandra & Danielle Taylor of Downingtown, PA; and, brother Charles J. Feldi, Jr of Lansdale, PA.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William F. Pfeiffer, Sr.; daughter, Lisa Ann Pfeiffer; and sisters, Josephine Barndt and Irene Feldi.

A memorial service will be held at 11 am on Friday, October 21, 2022, at the James J. Terry Funeral Home, 736 E. Lancaster Avenue, Downingtown, PA, where family and friends will be received from 9:30 am until 10:45 am at the funeral home.  Interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Virginia’s memory to the American Cancer Society in honor of her sisters or your local food bank.
