Dumpster-Construction

After a citizen raised multiple complaints about uncovered construction dumpsters, such as this one on Central Avenue in Ocean City, the city solicitor suggested to Ocean City Council revising the ordinance, which she said is confusing. Construction dumpters don’t have to be covered, but dumpsters with regular trash, behind commercial buildings, have to be covered.
