Legion supports Cape Regional

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE – Cape Regional Health System has received a $1,000 donation from the Stone Harbor American Legion Post No. 331.  The donation is designated for Cape Regional’s COVID-19 Relief Fund established in early April to support the Health System’s ongoing response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We appreciate the support that Cape Regional gives our veterans.  Our $3,000 donation this year ($2,000 in May and $1,000 in July) to Cape Regional Foundation is one that our Veterans of Post No. 331 are very proud.  The care that Cape Regional gives to our county’s veterans is so important, and we thank you for it,” stated Jon Ready, Trustee, Stone Harbor American Legion Post No. 331.

Post No. 331 Trustees, Jon Ready and Dan Brown along with Father Jim Betz, Chaplain and Art Faint, Historian presented the donation to Tom Piratzky, executive director, Cape Regional Foundation, and Joanne Carrocino, FACHE, President and CEO, Cape Regional Health System.
