Ocean City Fire Department responds

The Ocean City Fire Department responded to the former Crown Bank building at the corner of Eighth Street and Asbury Avenue at 10:52 a.m. this morning for the report of an AT&T worker who suffered an upper arm laceration when he fell off a six-foot ladder on the roof of the building. The elevator on the building, which has office space on six floors, has been out of service for months and the access to the roof is via a ladder on the top floor.
