Back in the great room, a doorway off the dining area opens onto the master suite. The bedroom is to the left and features a king-size bed atop carpet and a wall-mounted television beneath a ceiling fan.
The private bathroom has a tiled shower with a sliding glass door and wainscoting on the walls.
The kitchen has a tile floor, white cabinets and Corian countertops. Appliances include a dishwasher and four-burner electric range with a microwave above on one side and a counter with three barstools alongside the refrigerator on the other side.
A laundry room/mud room is in the back of the house. There is a full-size washer and dryer with cabinets and a counter to the left, as well as a door opening onto the back patio just outside the fourth bedroom.
This room includes bunk beds and a half-bath.
