TO THE OCEAN CITY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment in the City of Ocean City, New Jersey for an interpretation of the Ocean City Zoning Ordinance (the “Ordinance”) section 25-107 and, in the alternative, appeals the determination of the Zoning Officer (Violation Number ZV-26-00004) together with any other waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicant to keep installed artificial turf as a ground covering at the single family dwelling located at 254 Bay Road designated as Lots 41.03, Block 70.14 on the Ocean City Tax Map.
A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Howard S. Stainton Senior Center located at 1735 Simpson Avenue, Ocean City, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any support or objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. The meeting will be open to the public and there will be no opportunity to participate remotely.
The following described maps and papers are on file in the Planning office of the City of Ocean City, Henry Knight Building, 115 12th Street, Ocean City, New Jersey and may be viewed during normal business hours free of charge.
