CITY OF OCEAN CITY PLANNING BOARD
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 13th day of May, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Ocean City adopted a Resolution of Approval for Application #PBA 26-003, for Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, as Applicant, for Minor Site Plan Approval and Conditional Use Approval with waivers to permit the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility consisting of a 115’ monopole (125’ with lighting rod) and associated ground equipment to be located inside of a 38’ x 62.5’ fenced lease area at property located at 3308 Bay Avenue, Ocean City, and more specifically known as Block 3207, Lot 23.01 on the City of Ocean City tax map.
The application, plans and resolution of approval are available for review during normal business hours at the office of the Planning Board of the City of Ocean City.
