Application before the Upper Township Planning Board
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Thursday, June 4, 2026 at 6:00 pm, a hearing will be held at the Township Hall, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, NJ, before the Upper Township Planning Board, in the matter of the application by 650 Stagecoach Road, LLC regarding the property located at 650 Stagecoach Road, Block 650, Lot 44. The property is located in the R- Center Residential zone. The Applicant seeks to subdivide the existing lot into three (3) non-conforming buildable lots. The Applicants also seek any other variances or waivers to permit the project. When the matter is called, you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any support or objection which you may have to the granting of the relief or approval sought in the petition. Maps and other documents relating to this matter will be available at least ten (10) days prior to the meeting date for inspection during normal working hours in the office of the Board Secretary, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, NJ 08270.
