NOTICE TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC OF APPLICATION TO THE TOWNSHIP OF UPPER PLANNING BOARD

Upper Township Planning Board

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:

That the undersigned has filed an application with the Planning Board for the Township of Upper, New Jersey for variance relief from the requirements of the Upper Township Zoning Ordinance for use (having two detached dwellings on one lot), maximum building coverage and front yard setback for the front building together with any other variance, waiver or interpretation which may be necessary, appropriate or required to allow the Applicant to renovate the existing front building on the Property. The subject Property is located at 9 East Seacliff Avenue, designated as Lot 14, Block 860 on the Upper Township Tax Map. 

A public hearing is scheduled for Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at the Upper Township Municipal Building, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey, and when the case is called you may appear either in person, or by attorney, and present any objections which you may have to the granting of the relief sought. The meeting will be open to the public and there will be no opportunity to participate remotely.

The following described maps and papers are on file with the Board Secretary in the Planning and Zoning office of the Township of Upper, 2100 Tuckahoe Road, Petersburg, New Jersey and may be viewed during normal business hours free of charge.
