Take notice that pursuant to P.L. 2025, c. 72, the complete text of each legal notice of the City of Ocean City may be obtained or viewed by the public on the City of Ocean City’s official internet website: www.ocnj.us/publicnotices. The Department of State has also been tasked with providing a statewide listing of Legal Notices, once publicly available a link will be provided as well.
Legal notices that are published on the City of Ocean City’s official website will be available immediately to view via the link above and remain for a minimum of one (1) year. Most recent Public Notices will also populate on the City of Ocean City’s homepage under “Public Notices” at www.ocnj.us.
