Evelyn E. Sullivan, 89

Evelyn E. Sullivan, 89, passed away peacefully at home on Dec. 9, 2025 surrounded by family.

Born in Camden, she lived in Collingswood and graduated from Collingswood High School. She married Joseph Sullivan in 1955. They resided in Collingswood where they raised their family before moving to Brigantine and then to Upper Twp. Evelyn and her husband Joe owned and operated Best Tire in Ocean City for over 20 years.

She is survived by her daughters Elizabeth McHale (Dave), Nora Schuler (Michael), son Joseph B Sullivan, Jr. (Wendy). Grandchildren Lauren Giglio (Russ), Katie Gross (Erik), Kye Lopinto (Laura), Jordan Lopito (Amanda) Joseph B Sullivan III and Daniel Sullivan (Sasha), 10 great grandchildren and her loving partner Dick Harris.

She was predeceased by her husband Joe and grandson Brian.

Evelyn will be remembered for her sharp wit, strength in the face of adversity, but most of all for her unwavering love for her family.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held at The Church of the Resurrection of St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, 200 West Tuckahoe Road, Marmora, NJ.

Burial followed Mass in Seaside Cemetery, Palermo, NJ.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the church.
