We Belong hosting OC Pride Fest May 31

OCEAN CITY – We Belong Cape May County is proud to bring back OC Pride Fest for its third year Saturday, May 31. 

Starting at 9 a.m. at Sixth Street and the Boardwalk, join special guests Vince and Craig from Gables of Cape May County for an opening ceremony and Pride Walk. It will be an honor to recognize Gables during its 30th anniversary of “doing good things for the entire community.”  

Continue with the celebration from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with family fun, community organization resource tables and live music at the Ocean City Civic Center, 840 E. Sixth St.

Family fun will include face painting provided by Let’s Party Events, a special appearance by Calliope, caricatures by artist Megan Smith, DIY recycled jewelry bar hosted by Steadyroots Homestead, photography by Katelin Keane, balloon animals with Rudy Reel of Lucky Duck Entertainment, gentle yoga with Soul Dreams Studio and much more.

More than 30 community organizations will be represented at OC Pride Fest 2025 to provide support and information. These include CARA, Ocean City Theater Company, Cape Assist, Free Mom Hugs, Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office, TRUE, SJ AIDS Alliance, Peyton Heart Project, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and many others.

Live music is provided by local musicians Tryptophan, Viktor Palmer and Delaney Shur.

All fun activities and resources have been provided by We Belong CMC board members, volunteers, and event sponsors.
